Cooking Chorizo from Trevelez,
4 sausages per bag. 210g approx - £4.20

Recipe idea:
Chorizo in Red Wine

Cut the cooking chorizos into 1/4 inch slices.
Fry until starting to brown (5-6 mins)
Discard most of the fat.
Pour in 1 small glass of red wine. Place back on the hob and reduce by half.
Serve with crusty farmhouse loaf.
